Why We are Opting Outside on Black Friday

Why We are Opting Outside on Black Friday

It's no secret that we, at Angle 33, hold family and fly fishing in the highest regard. It might only be slightly lesser known that we believe getting outside and using our bodies to explore the world is what keeps us all sane and healthy. We've built our company around the idea that the quality of the work environment directly relates to the quality of relationships we develop and the quality of the products we create. For us, celebrating and protecting the natural world is an integral part of our daily lives and we wish that for not only our employees, but each and every one of our customers and partners.

We are also not ashamed to mimic a great idea when one comes along (and give credit where credit is due). So, in the spirit of REI's OPT OUTSIDE initiative, we will close on Black Friday and encourage each and every one of you to get outside and enjoy the beauty of the world around you.

This does not mean that we won't have great holiday deals so that you can make the most of your hard-earned cash in this season of giving. Join us on Cyber Monday!

In the meantime, have a Happy Thanksgiving full of good food and fresh air.
